Finance Committee
The finance committee is to oversee the financial planning and the financial administration of the congregation.

Worship and Music Committee
Duties include seeing that the services of the church are conducted regularly and in accordance with the liturgy of the ELCA,
that ushers are recruited and trained, and the hymnals and other devotional materials are provided and cared for. This
committee strives to advance to welfare of the choirs, and arranges for the care of paraments, vestments and musical
instruments. This committee consults with the pastor, organist, and choir director and furnishes music supplies that are
appropriate for worship of a congregation in the ELCA.

Youth Ministry Committee
Shall be comprised of at least 50% youth. Its purpose is to plan total approach of youth ministry, involve youth in the ministry of
the congregation, sponsor special projects such as retreats, coventions, and trips; establish priorities, evaluate the entire youth
ministry semi-annually. This committee is to keep the congregation informed of youth activities.

Property Committee
Oversees the proper maintenance and protection of all property of the congregation.

Stewardship Committee
Purpose is to encourage grateful sharing of time, talents, and substance to God's work through the congregation.

Social Ministry Committee
Purpose is to extend Christain compassion and helpfulness to the ill, the aged, the orphaned, the underpriviliged, and in general
to all persons of all ages in need of aid in body and soul.

Christain Education Committee
This committee, in association with the pastor, oversees the conduct and promtion of the school(s) and the activities of all
organizations within the congregation. It encourages the use of teaching and worship materials approved by the ELCA.

Evangelism
Welcomes new members after pastor has made an initial visit, checks guest book in church and writes a note of appreciation for worshipping with us, and checks on people who are noticeably absent from worship.
