TWR is pleased to announce that we are upgrading our network and technical support systems to better serve our customers. We will be partnering with Pennswoods to handle billing and technical support service calls! These changes will have no effect on your dialup phone number and your account settings will remain the same.
A few of these upgrade changes include:
- Local dial up access in all of Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Delaware, US Virgin Islands, and much of West Virginia and New York.
- Your account now has accelerated Internet that will allow download speeds that are up to 5 times faster then previous. Please enter the following URL on your browser to download a small file to enable this free service. http://www.pennswoods.net/slipstream/index.shtml If you need assistance with this upgrade, we encourage you to call the technical support team.
- Your email will now be filtered to remove all virus and unwanted spam.
- Online account settings and PAYMENTS can be securely made from your computer.
- Coming soon will be a new way to design your own easy to use homepage. You will be able to customize your log on page to include web sites and other data.
- You will continue to have a no-wait technical support service department, but it will now be open 365 days a year.
TWR will continue offering our local technical and support staff at our Cumberland and Oakland facilities where you can make payments, get answers to billing questions or have your PC repaired.
